Orders are filled and shipped on a first come, first serve basis.  Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement (unless otherwise requested).  During the busy holiday seasons we strive to ship within 24 to 72 hours.  Please allow more lead-time for customized or large multiple orders.  Please note the days for delivery are business days and do not include weekends or Statutory Holidays in Canada.  UPS ships Monday through Friday.  If you order after 11.00 AM PST on a Friday your gift will depart on the following Monday.
